EUR Standard Pallet

Wooden pallets for European countries (including Eastern Europe, Western Europe, Northern Europe and Central Europe). The standard size of Euro pallets is 1200*800mm. They have only one fixed structure and must be 4-way entry. Compared with American-style pallets, their production is more sophisticated.

The European standard pallet (Pallet EUR1, standard size: 1200mm×800mm×144mm) is the most commonly used model, mainly applied in continental Europe, Germany, France, etc. It is designed with a maximum static load of 6000KG and a maximum dynamic load of 2000KG, with 4-way entry.
Specific markings are applied on several parts of the pallet and on the nail heads. After repair in accordance with standards, repair shops must also install a special repair nail with a marked head. The origin and license number of the pallet and nails can be identified from the markings.
Manufacturers must obtain ISO certification and customs-filed IPPC treatment qualification to produce such pallets. Only pallets with EUR pallet certification can be circulated within the European pallet system.
